St. Verena nursing home is a four-storey building with an elevator. 

The first floor has an administration office and a hall.  Each of the second, third and fourth floors has 5 rooms (1 room for caregivers and 4 rooms for residents), thereby accommodating twenty-three residents in total. 

A committee composed of a priest, a social worker, and an administrative staff oversees the work in the nursing home. 

A doctor oversees the medical condition of the residents and makes referrals to specialists if needed. 

There is also a pharmacy to supply routine and emergency drugs to the residents.
